Bachelor in Early Childhood and Elementary Education (7992)

The program aims to train education professionals to assist students in classrooms of preschool and elementary levels.

The program also aims to train teachers to be cognizant and aware of social issues of education, mastering oral and written communication skills, able to act ethically, and to cooperate with the various educators. Another part of the program objectives is engaging in a reflexive approach to better understand one’s pedagogical practice and the importance of continuous training.

Certificate in Teachers’ Assistants Training in Indigenous Environments (4659)

The program aims to provide students with cognitive and practical bases allowing them to understand various learning situations that arise in classrooms and to function adequately as teacher assistants in preschool and elementary classrooms.

This certificate program is equivalent to the first year of the Bachelor in Preschool and Elementary Education (7992).

Certificate in Substitute Teacher Training in Indigenous Schools (4660)

The certificate aims to prepare substitute teachers to work with students of preschool and elementary levels. More specifically, the course aims to give students an enrichment of acquired knowledge and development of skills and competencies in the fields of psychology, didactics, and teaching practice.

This certificate program is equivalent to the second year of the Bachelor in Preschool and Elementary Education (7992).
